Mr. Bean

Last Sunday, there was a lot of left over rice from Saturday. We decided to fry the rice with long beans, carrots, and Chinese sausages.

Ingredients:
White Rice for Four Person
A Chinese Sausage, sliced
1 Teaspoon Garlic, grated
1o0 g Long Beans, dices
100g Carrot, pealed and diced

Seasonings:
1/2 Teaspoon Black Bean Sauce
3 Teaspoon Light Soy Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

How to do:
1. Prepare the necessary materials.
2. Chop the garlics
3. Heat wok with 1 tablespoon cooking oil, add in the garlic to fry until it turns to golden brown in colour.
4. Put in the long beans, carrots and sausages. Continue to stir fry for 10 minutes.
5. Add in the white rice. Stir fry to mix the rice with the rest of the ingredients well.
Finally add in seasonings, including black soy sauce, salt, light soy sauce, water 50ml. Continue to stir fry until the rice mix evenly with the seasonings.
6. Remove from fire and serve.

Children and hubb enjoyed the long bean and carrot fried rice very much. Besides, I also cooked the soup of cranberry beans and sweet corns with pork for them to wash down the fried rice.
Another dish was the stir fried french breans with eggs to top up the protein intake for them as well. A week that everything was beans, wakakaka! We are the big fans of Mr. Bean.
