3 years ago, I went to this nearest organic shop and bought Psyllium Husk and Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) for myself. However, I couldn't stand the awful taste of taking these 2 stuffs together. I gave the Psyllium Husk away to my babysitter, who claimed herself having constipation problem. I forced myself to finish the ACV myself by taking a glass full of it every morning.
A few days ago, I read a post of Health Freak Mommy. She listed several benefits of taking these 2 stuffs together. I was again convinced by her entry to give both stuffs a chance.
I went to the same organic shop. The lady in the shop actually recommended me to take another type of ACV, which has already mixed with honey and tasted much better then the original flavour one. After considering for a while, I still took the original flavour one. No pain no gain right? I don't want to go with the better taste one.
My intention of having myself to swallow down these 2 horrible stuffs is to lose weight. I know I know, many of you are preparing to tell me that, I am not over weight, I don't need to lose weight, I look fine now, I just need to maintain the weight by doing more exercise, etc.
Nevertheless, I still want to shed a few more kg, in order for myself to look much better in whatever I am going to wear. I don't want to keep worrying of the extra unhidden flesh here and there. I promise that I won't be as thin as the skeleton nor the anorexia, because I never before though I am forever on diet.
I have started to take these stuffs for 2 continuous mornings, it is really helpful for constipation. As for the weight loss, I will keep you informed for the result.
