Bringing April to the colouring contest which was organized by the Women Group of Kwang Tung Association in my place.

The contest was divided into 3 categories. April was in Category A that was for children in age 5 and 6 only.
Can you spot April? She was in yellow and white dress with her hair tied in pony tail. Her grandma, granddad, her mei mei and myself were there to give her support.
I was so pleased to know that April won the consolation prize and an 'angpao' of RM15.
These were all the consolation prize winners.
A picture of April stood right beside her colouring work.
I took a picture of the top 3 prize winners' colouring works to give April a good reference, so that she can excel and be better in her colouring next time.

April was very happy, so as me. She wanted to share this piece of good news with her Papa who was still at work that time. This was the 3rd time that she participated in colouring contest. Out of 80 contestants in her group, she was among the top 20. I was contented as she was able to shade the One Malaysia National flag in correct colours, and also able to colour the 3 main races in our country with different skin tones.

  7. Well done, April. Her colouring is very nice. If I'm the judge, I'd say that her work is even better than the 3rd prize winner's!
