Due to the recent sleep deprived and fatigue, I seriously need to boost up my body immune system and resume energy with this special soup - Shiquandabutang "十全大补汤"

It's been quite some time since I last drop by your blog ..
ReplyDeleteTalking about sleep deprivation and fatigue, they are my old friends too .. sigh .. at times, I wish I could froze time and everybody around me so that I can do my stuff or just simply get my rest and rejoin the world when I'm physically and mentally well rested ..

Wow... a miracle soup! I need that too, gonna get a pack from hypermarket after fetching my girll from her school! Errr... I think it's ok for little kids to drink it right?!
