2 years shy of turning 40 years old lady, trying hard to delay aging. I am talking about myself. Other than working out in the gym few hours per week to tone up my body, taking vegetable and fruit juice religiously to stay healthy and hydrated, I am still finding ways to improve whatever I think I need to.
I have got my eyebrow embroided many years ago, and now I go an extra mile to get a tattoo on both the upper and lower parts of my eye, the place where we draw the eyeliner.
After spending 3 hours in the saloon, I walked out with two swollen and very painful eyes. I could hardly open my eyes a bit that evening. My two girls were terrified when seeing me. My husband went totally dump.
The above pictures were snapped after 1 weeks of very unbearable painful experience.
I am trying to comfort myself that I can save time drawing and rubbing the eyeliner in the morning, I can save $$$ from buying eyeliner, I can have no worry of smearing my eyeliner under hot sun, I have got the waterproof, sweatproof, and oil free permanent eyeliner. Please give a pat at my back for my courage.

I salute you woman! For going through all that pain! Gosh! I didn't even know they had such a thing as tattoo for eyeliner. Heard of the eyebrow tattoo. You look good, it looks like it's drawn. I salute you again!! :D
ReplyDeleteLook sexier!!! Happy Belated Birthday to Princess May :-)

Salute you for your courage! I have a very low pain threshold , even eyebrow embroidery I can nearly go through it.
ReplyDeleteThe pain will be all worth it for all the beauty in future :)

ReplyDeleteOucchhh must be very painful indeed and very uncomfortable and your two weeks seemed like two years.

ReplyDeleteA pat on your back is not enough, I'm going to bow to you for being so brave to endure this kind of pain. I'm very timid one, wouldn't go for brow embroidery, let alone eye liner :p
ReplyDeleteSalute your courage, Yan!
p/s: the line is very fine; if you didn't tell, everyone would thought it's drawn.
haha, actually you don't have to afraid and fooled by age right?? as long as you keep yourself happy and lead a healthy lifestyle, i'm sure you'll always look 10 years younger than your age~~ :)
ReplyDeleteimagining itself makes me feel the pain already! If i were you i won't be able to go through this. :P Salute!
ReplyDeleteoh dear, I wouldn't recommend tattooing both upper and lower eyelids, as time goes the clr fade to greenish.
ReplyDeleteoh you are indeed very brave. i dare not go for all these eventhough i need to have eyeliner on my eyes every day. i'm so scare of the pain, infection, etc :(
ReplyDeleteHi Sheoh Yan hey....your comment box is okay. Mine has disappeared! Blog has hiccups again!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, Holy Smoke! You got your eyes done up?
You one very brave lady.
Looks very nice.....Anyway, not to worry about that coming age. You will be at your prime, a woman's real beauty shines around this milestone in her life.
Any women today past 35 below 75 can give a good run to SYT's.....
So, just have fun....and remember, it's laughter that keeps old age away.
Best regards,
Lee.
*Patting your back* You are really one brave lady! The outcome is very nice. Can permanently save a few minutes of your make up time every morning from now on :)
