Please guess, what is this?
I have successfully made Yvonne wallop all of these shit lookalikes kuih. lol!I myself also finished the smaller piece of these durian kuih. I still have one big piece of it in my fridge. Although it didn't look appealing, it tasted like the king of fruit. So, I like it.
Two big pieces of these durian kuih cost only RM4. I bought it from a Malay colleague.
Any one of you love this shit lookalikes durian kuih?

I love these too - better than the dodol. I find them more authentic. The ang mo see sure throw up wan!
ReplyDeletehaha, is that the original intention to make them look like shit?? hmmm, but sorry, durian is not my cup of tea.. so this thing surely tastes as disgusting as it looks, hahaha!!
ReplyDeleteHOLY SMOKE! For one moment I thought maybe somebody's dog had.....ha ha ha.
ReplyDeleteYa, I've eaten these long ago in Penang. Love it too.
But I wonder why they make this so unappealing colour as durians are yellow.
We have friends here from Malaysia with locally assembled children now in their teens, and they will get out of the house when the parents bring home durians to eat.
Father will joke, "bodoh la"! Ha ha.
Have a nice day.
Lee.
hahaha... looks like it but tastes so yummy!!! I have one "batang" in the fridge too.. my son's fren bought it from penang.. .
ReplyDeletei have eaten these before but not recently. tasted good despite the look...kekekekeek. rm4 is cheap huh?
ReplyDeleteYeeeee, really looks like poo poo ler :P
ReplyDeleteI dont like this kinda kuih la, LOL :P
In the 1st pic, you purposely moulded them into poo-poo shape? Hahaha! I like this durian dodol too... haven't eaten it in a long time.
ReplyDeleteThis time the durian kuih taste much better than that day one...Is yucks....but yummy delicious during this season.
ReplyDeleteOk... honestly I have to blindfold myself before eating this piece of sh*t, The look of it merely spoil my appetite.
ReplyDeleteBut it tastes good, I mean real gooooood....
All my life, i have only taken just one tiny bite of this shit lookalike hahahahha, that's when i was small,,, never never never again..
ReplyDeletei like durian but other form of it,, it is a no no no to me,, kuih ka, ice cream, pudding kah,, semua no no no..

hahahha.. i like durian. But do not fancy this! ;P from it's appearance it doesn't look appealing to me.
ReplyDeleteit does not look that bad. I had one worker who returned back from nepal and brought back some cookies that really look like shit, and it is brown in color. I had to politely refuse. but one of my college took a bite and says it is sweet, though it is quite hard.
ReplyDeletehaha...i thought it was the fresh keropok lekor (before frying). That one looks like shit too. haha
ReplyDeleteI eat durian but not durian kuih. Don't know why. hehe
Haha..I want.
ReplyDeleteOOOhhhhhh!!! Would prefer them fresh. Helped out before lots of hard job to stir the sticky sh*# lookalike.
ReplyDeleteActually I haven't try it before. It's much cheaper eating fresh durian haha.
ReplyDeleteMy husband would like these durian kuih, he is a big fan of durian!^^
