Weekend is here. What you normally do on weekend afternoon? Some people will just chill at home. Some people will hang out at the mall. Some people will go eat rojak, ice kacang and cendol. Some people will take their beauty nap. Some people will bake in the kitchen. Some people will do house chores.
I, go to gym.
I have changed my exercise routine from weekend morning to weekend afternoon, as always, people are more than machines in the morning.
I can sweat all out in the afternoon, especially in the recent scorching hot weather. I am the queen of the gym as nobody will fight with me for treadmil and step machine. I can fully utilise all the equipments in the gym for the whole 1.5 hours. However, when nobody is around, it is also a challenge on my willpower to work out alone, as it is kind of boring, I reckon.
I bought these fluorescent green and lavender blue sport wears from MySale. This was my first and also will be my last purchase from this website. These sport wears are from the brand of Marika. I bought it at RM90 per piece. The total was around RM400, including the shipping charge. It took more than a month from the date of order confirmation to reach me. While waiting for the order to arrive, I had lost my patience. I made a few enquiries through the website, and finally I got my order.
Ok folks, happy weekend, don't forget to stay active and do exercise.

ReplyDeleteIt's good to stay healthy and in shape. I can't wait for my younger son to get bigger and independent so I can resume my yoga fully.
i think you can bring them to jog in the park in the morning.. but i foresee it will be chasing to get hold of them rather than jog.. better still right?? more intensive this way~~ :D

But when I go out running, technical wear are a must! Dri-fit everything! LOL

ReplyDeleteEnjoy your work out Yan. How I wished I could go to the gym, but the membership is too expensive to maintain. Anyway I hardly got the time since moving to johor. The only work out I do is wall climbing once or twice a month. And usually when I am not lazy on my abbs bench and my dumbbells.

ReplyDeleteAs for me, weekend is almost the same like any other day, except I can enjoy times with my family on Sunday. Saturday is super busy now my girl has her CHinese tuition class in the morning and piano lesson in afternoon.

ReplyDeleteI try to settle my workouts early in the morning before Son wakes up because by the time I'm finished, he should be up and then it's time to prepare breakfast for the family. :)
plus at 4pm - that's study time for Son and for Mommy to play stern teacher. ;p

ReplyDeleteI really envy people like you, who enjoy exercising. I really hate to exercise. The only "exercise" that I like is walking long hours in malls hahaha... that one, 10-12 hours also no problem :p
ReplyDeleteI really like your outfits, Yan. Although you had to wait so long for it. All that hard work paid off. You got a fit body. I also get sweaty not only on weekends but weekdays too. I'll exercise about 5 days a week for 30 mins early in the morning before my children wake up. Boy, you can do 1.5 hours??? I'll faint by then. Good stamina you have.
