I am quite a health conscious person, because I want to help my kids babysitting my grand kids when I have retired in future. I take good care of my diet, I exercise regularly, I take supplements and I lead a healthy lifestyle. I really hope all these help, and I pray.
I bought a pack of 5 grain cereal mix from an organic shop. I soaked it for a few hours. I also added in white fungus, lotus seeds, ginkgo biloba, wolf berries, and red dates to make it up to 10 ingredients. I put in a piece of rock sugar for better taste, and boiled everything with 4 cups of water in slow cooker over night.
