Office workout on funny Friday

Today lunch, I supposed to have this, ten grains tong sui ONLY. I have cooked it on Monday and kept it chill in the fridge at the office pantry.
My besties, Yvonne made me this egg burger. So, I couldn't resist, but to eat it with my already half filled stomach. It is super yummy, I tell you.
After taking lunch, we two glutton mamas, Yvonne and yours truly had to sit on transparent chairs for 2 minutes.
I just want to share with everyone, this is the best office workout that will help to tone up your tights, abs, butt, and back. See, how relax my friend is? If you can do this posture every day, I am sure you can see the different, if you can't, your spouse or your partner sure can tell the different. Muahahaha!

The "Invisble Chair" done anywhere!woman performing the Invisible Chair

1.  Put your back against a wall and your hands clasped together in front of your chest or with your palms resting on your knees.
2.  Walk your feet forward while pressing the entire back against the wall until you have come to a 90 degree angle with your knees.  From the side it seems that you are sitting in an “invisible chair”.
3.  Continue to take deep breaths and hold the position 30 seconds, then move up to 60 seconds or perhaps even 90 seconds!









Today, I also mark another milestone. My first few "virgin" grey hairs was spotted by Yvonne. This is a sign of aging. Sobs......sobs.......
Tell me, will you pluck your grey hair? As I heard that, if you pluck one grey hair, 2 more will grow, true or false?

    Thanks for sharing the transparent chair exercise. Good ideas, I'll do this after my meals, I'm putting on weight liao.

    I don't think more grey hair will grow if you pluck it, it's just a grandma story.
    I've not try cos I got no grey hair to pluck. :)

    I apply olive oil on my hair 2 to 3 times a month. Cover with shower cap and leave it for a minimum of 2 hour or half a day. Shampoo and rinse your hair. You'll have silky soft hair and so far so good at my age no grey hair.

    Or you can use rosemary, sage soak in black tea or coffee, sieve it. Apply on your hair weekly after shampoo, do not rinse. If use coffee you'll smell of coffee. LOL

  21. First of all,don't worry about the grey hair,second of all,age is just a number that sometimes we love to show and sometimes you hate to declare......and for that invisible chair,I really think it is a great work out, I will try doing it,,,,,

  31. Yes, I agree, the invisible chair is a great way to tone up everything you mentioned. I love the picture of you and Yvonne. Don't worry about the grey hair and no need to pluck them off. Can always color your hair.

  34. the invisible chair exercise is called a wall squat...my boys compete with each other for the longest duration. a very good hard exercise!!
    plucking hair will not multiply new ones! once the hair goes grey it is thinning too, plucking will make it even thinner! and grey hair means wisdom.

    Recently i realize i had alot of grey hair too lei ...... sign of aging like you said :(

  39. Climbing stairs is also a very effective way in burning calories. Try it in your office, if there are stairs. Climb for 10-15 mins, sure can loose weight.
