As I mentioned here, I am going to write reviews of two Monster High Dolls Assortment of Draculaura this week and Abbey Bominable next week. There is also a giveaway on the week after these 2 reviews. Please stay tuned.
Between my two girls, I can see that my 8 years old, April is more taken with the Monster High dolls than my 6 years old, May. Perhaps May is still too small and too clumsy to make the doll hold the umbrella, carry the pet and read her diary. So, I think Monster High dolls can be a great collection for kids 8 years old and above.
I have a photo album in slide show, and a video clip at below. If you are interested in the coming up Monster High Dolls Assortment giveaway, please have a look at them.

My dad calls me Draculaura but to my friends I'm Ula D. I love to splash my black outfits with some cheery pink and I even carry a frilly umbrella so I can take an occasional walk in the sun.

Since I can't see my reflection in a mirror, I have to leave the house not knowing if my clothes and makeup are just right. Of course after 1,599 years of practice I've gotten pretty good at it.

Cute Draculaura!
ReplyDeleteHaiz!!! Whatever happened to pretty Barbie & handsome Ken?
ReplyDeleteThat one so boring and insipid la... Uncle Arthur! kakaka
DeleteThis one is edgy. ;p
DeleteBarbie and Ken are old already. We need fresh faces like Monster High to take over the world (despite they are over 1000+ years old).
DeleteMaybe after some time, you'll be able to catch Draculaura and friends in Toy Story 5, kick out Barbie and Ken, LOL!
DeleteThey should make a fat doll and name it Arthurlaura!
Deletehahaha!! Arthurlaura?? i would say Barbie should have a new doll call KAMPUARTHUR, hmmm, how about that??? :D
DeleteBarbie and Ken old story la
DeleteI used to play barbie dolll durcing my childhood. Mom always sew barbie garments... lol.. I miss those days..
ReplyDeleteAt least Draculaura is something more unique than the common Barbie doll, hehe..
ReplyDeleteBut I still prefer Barbie, kekeke :P
ReplyDeletehahaha, i think if free one you won't care whether it's Draculaura or Barbie lah right?? :p
DeleteI never play doll before kakaka...
ReplyDeleteonly live ones .. kakakaka
China Doll, you mean? ;p
DeleteCertainly he meant China Dolls (plural form, as in "ones" above) >.<
DeleteI am also wondering how small gals play dolls?? They cannot talk or walk.... No wonder SP got to play with live ones!
Deletehaiyah, SP sure got play with dolls one, don't deny lah.. when he cannot find live dolls to play with, he will resort those balloon dolls lor~~

ReplyDeletecool doll and something unique from others...
Ha ha ha ULA D....cool name leh....
ReplyDeletegirls just love dolls..I bought Barbie for my girls too when they were young.
ReplyDeleteSame like Pete here Ula D. From FrankieStein contest, I tried to read their BIO too. It is really interesting to read it.
ReplyDeleteYan, do you realised that monster that can be our toy too? Everyone loves to get pretty and so do them. Barbie is too common now and parents should try to get their children to explore and play new toys like Ula D and the rest of the MH dolls.
DeleteI agree Barbie is very common nowadays. The face, the expression, the outfits are quite bland already. I prefer their special edition ones.
DeleteDraculaura looks cool in her edgy outfit. I like her long black sleek hair with pink streaks.
ReplyDeleteAvery looked in awe when I showed her the picture of Draculaura and she asked me to get one for her too! Hahaha, girls~
DeleteHopefully this second and maybe the third round of giveaway, you have good luck over it.
Deletewooo, i think these range of edgy dolls really catch the attention of girls huh?? luckily anay is going to avery his doll, so yvonne don't have to buy..
Deletenot only girl but boys too la coz see got wolf and bat too
DeleteI guess this will be a perfect gift for Halloween Day.
ReplyDeleteNice hair color on Draculaura, the pink highlight look sharp.
ReplyDeleteJust in time to make it for a Halloween present. Nice!
ReplyDeleteCool..but looks bit scary to me.
ReplyDeleteChildren nowadays loves monster type dolls. Can see from the variety of monster type dolls and even movies nowadays. I still prefer cute dolls for children, maybe i'm getting old...haha
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful doll! I've always been a fan of these kinda 'dark' themed dolls :) Lovely!
ReplyDeleteI never looked at dolls for many years until Yannie's slogan contest posting. Now my eyes even paid attention at all the dolls sold in toy shops! There is huge market for dolls and the price tags are so high!
ReplyDeleteso Anay have you received your Frankie Stein doll already?? don't secretly play with it before you give it to Ah Hua's daughter wokay?? :p
DeleteI played with Barbie when I was a kid, didn't know there was a Draculaura. :P
ReplyDeleteI guess can ask Barbie and Ken to move over.
ReplyDeleteNow Draculaura and co are here....guess kids will be asking them as christmas pressie
