She is called Mui Mui

Thanks to those who told me that something wrong with my previous template. Some readers  encountered trouble in loading my page. I am so sorry for that. I am now with the latest template to wish everyone have a nice weekend.

We called our younger princess as 阿妹, which is quite similar to her name May, Sometime, we like to call her as Mui Mui, it means younger sister in Cantonese. Let me update her progress in these 2 months.

She has completed her level 3 Music for Little Mozarts. She is now in her final level. These pictures were taken on her level 3 completion mini concert. Keep up the good work, May.
She took part in colouring competition and won number 5 out of 70 participants. Way to go, Mui Mui.
She attended her kindergarten lantern celebration. She made her solo singing and also dance performance on stage that evening. The video is at below the post. I can tell that she has improved a lot after winning the champion in the singing competition. Well done, princess.
Next month, she will bye bye to her friends and teachers in her kindergarten. Very soon, my little girl is going to the big school  for her Primary Education. Biding goodbye to kindergarten and entering Primary school, meaning  nightmare is coming. Best of luck, sweetheart.

Here the video of her singing 娃娃的故事, she is going to sing this song again in the year end concert on next two weeks. This time she is going to sing on a bigger  stage for many more audients. I am so proud of you, 阿妹.

  8. is May going to Chinese Medium primary school next year? Chinese medium school is much more demanding in comparison. Primary 1 is indeed a big jump in terms of academy as compare to kindergarten.

I am sure there would be no problem for May, it's only a matter of adapting to the new environment.

  15. I am very happy to see the progress of your kids. She will grow up into a good student and daughter. My wife tutors only very wealthy kids here and they got the worst attitude and upbringing. Maybe 80% are rotten.

  16. Hi Yan, ahhhh, at last can penetrate thru....I experienced something never seen before....getting into your blog, see empty space, then a couple of pics shows, then, Holy Smoke, the pics disappear.
They appear couple of seconds, then hilang again.
    Glad you cured the hiccups.

Hey, nice pics. Congratulations to your daughter. I have always admired, appreciated children who plays musical instruments. I wished my mom had encouraged me when young. I love the piano especially.
Here in Canada, practically everyone of our Malaysian friends with daughters plays the piano.
Many gone on to higher grades.

As well every year there's a National music competition from 6 to 17......and its the Chinese kids taking top honours.
I'm sure your daughter too will someday make you prouder still playing solo at a concert with full orchestra backing.
Sheoh Yan, ask your girl try out Chopin's nocturne, in E-flat, 'To love again'. It's one of the most beautiful songs too.
    Have a fun weekend.
    Lee.
