A surprise visit

This morning, I woke up and got ready to work like any other day. Before graping my handbag and left for work, I found two unread text message from an unknown number. Apparently, the text message was sent by Lena. She was going to drop by our office to pass us something at 10am. Lena, a blogger from Ipoh who always make me dream to stay next to her house. I must set her as my role model. She mentioned she started baking from zero knowledge, and now she has black belt in kitchen. Not believe? You can hop to her blog.

Reaching office, I quickly informed my two office buddies. We knew that she wouldn't come empty handed, and we shouldn't not give back anything. Angeline contributed a bottle of green pea cookies that she ordered from a colleague, Yvonne contributed her own fried crab meat, and me contributed 2 cans of lychee and longan. Sorry Lena, we could only dig out these few items in such a short notice.
First time meeting Lena, she is one sensual and beautiful lady. She is so slim and fit.


See, she came with two bottles of her homemade cookies and a bottle of homemade lemon curd. She tied up ribbon and made the gifts look so lovely. Now I want to unwrap them also I need to think twice, because they are too beautiful to eat.

Oh yes, she came with her BFF, Wai Ling (yellow top).
I am so happy to meet them, they are indeed friendly and nice in person. We are so touched that they travelled from Ipoh to Taiping just to bring us something for Chinese New Year. Thank you very much, Lena.

  6. After seeing the shocking price tags of cookies at Bee Cheng Hiang and Cake Senses yesterday, Anay pengsan now. The Ribbon Biscuits from Yannie are so precious now. I keep them inside my Maybank Safe Vault till CNY.
