My morning fix

I see myself as a health freak person. I stock lots of goodies in my office drawer. Most of them are healthy and nutritional food. I have already stopped taking Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng and Roti Canai as my breakie.

Every morning, I mix myself a cup of everything in the picture below. How many of you can take this type of breakfast? I have been taking this for the pass 10 months.
Besides having this, I have now set a new target in my exercise regime. I run 8km in an hour on treadmill 5 times a week. If time permits. I would love to run 8km everyday. I feel so satisfying each time I completed my run and drenched in sweat.
