I am an impulsive buyer

I talked to my gym buddies that every year I have Chinese New Year clothes which can last me till Chap Goh Meh, and some may be last until next Chinese New Year. I was not exaggerating. It was true that I wore a dress on 2nd day of Chinese New Year this year, which I actually bought it for Chinese New Year last year . Most of my clothes, I wore only one time just to tell myself that I have worn it already. After the "opening ceremony" of all my new clothes, then I have no chance to wear them for the second time because  I again buying some new one.

Instead of claiming myself as a shopaholic, I think I am more like an impulsive buyer.
I keep telling myself that I need to cut down on buying unnecessary things after 1st April because of GST. The good thing is I don't need to stock up for my closet before GST. It is because I stock up all the time. @_@

Alright, I think everyone is impacted by GST. Now, I have to be wiser in my spending, be it on food or clothes. I hope that I can beat the urge of buying the thing by checking on how much I need the thing.

Another method is planning what you buy by comparing the price. It is a must to compare the price of the goods in the mall and the price stated online.

We can't really do without buying, as retail therapy really does make us happy. tsk...

I have good website here that you can always refer to as a guideline on your purchase. Check it out at http://iprice.my, the one stop online shopping destination in South East Asia. You can make wiser and better choice with a peace of mind knowing that everything you need is under one site. It provide product information about different brands as well as offer coupon codes and discounts up to 70% on Zalora, Lazada, Groupon, Banana Republic, Romwe and many more.

I find this one stop online shop  a good source to help us make wiser decision on what we buy. The key is spending wisely.

Yannie can have enough clothes to wear from CNY eve till the 15th day of CNY every year, and some are even those she bought the year before!! and your clothes all only wear once?? aiyoh, just like the celebrities only lah, they cannot wear their clothes for the second time leh, else sure kena gossip by the paparazzi.. looks like the hot mama is the star of Taiping, hehe!! i wonder if Yannie also need a bigger wardrobe, or probably take up an entire room to convert it into a 衣帽間.. yorrr, if i am rich enough ah, i am sure to have one 衣帽間 because i like the idea and it looks so cool leh..

errr, iPrice?? okay, will go and take a look, haha.. have ben shopping on Rasada and Salola these while but then the local delivery like 豬dex and Skylet really give trouble.. i once bought from Baobao from China, and i was very happy with the price as well as the delivery service, very prompt leh, once they SMS me say on the way delivering, they delivered to me within a couple of hours.. whereas the former ones, no SMS and then never even come while their system says delivered.. adui~~

there are really 1001 things to talk about online shopping lah, haha.. anyway, i cannot type longer than your comments lah, later 反客為主, 妹仔大過主人婆 :D

    1. We all know this Hot Mama of Taiping is a shopping queen who would wear dresses that could sweep all the spotlights in dinner functions. Oh well, you spent wisely on what you earned with your own sweat. So no waste but money saved for shopping wisely online where the over heads are almost zero.

Every month I also shop online to fill up Letchumy's wardrobes without even consulting her. I just CLICK & BUY whatever I think she would look good and comfy without even asking her at all. I am like her image consultant now and sounds so sissy! Wakakaka At least I heard compliments that her whole office and associates complimented her dress code sense. Ahem!

I believe our Malaysia's shopping trend will catch up like the West where everyone buys online to save time and money. So you and I are pretty normal lah.... Muahahaha

    2. I would say that I am most satisfied for buying all the winter sweaters and thick jackets online which are very dirt cheap compared to the shopping malls in KL. Some more the Korean designs sold online makes us look like K-Pop stars!

    5. I love shopping for clothes, my clothes include dresses, pants, skirts, and sport attires too. Other than these, I buy bags and shoes too. But then, I don't buy very expensive or branded stuffs. Most of the items I bought were discounted items.

    1. When buying things, I try to ask myself question like " Do you need it?" "Do you have it already?" "Do you really like it?"....These questions help to control my urge in buying.

  5. Must be a woman thing - my missus has so many outfits, don't remember seeing her using some even...or maybe she used once only, like you...and I am not all that observant. No worries, as long as one can afford it and has enough stashed up "for a rainy day"...spend...spend...spend. The English proverb says, "Neither a borrower nor a lender be."
